A monthly breakdown of Senior, Junior, and Pay-As-You-Go members — with history so you can compare month to month.
Counts include active members (checked Member this month) plus anyone marked Pay As You Go, regardless of member status. Senior/Junior is set automatically from each member's date of birth. Members without one use the Age Group picked on their record — add a date of birth for anyone who shows as Unspecified to make this more accurate.
Automatically emails every distinct email address on file in the last few days of each month, reminding them their membership is due. Anyone already paid up for next month (Auto renew next month ticked, or renewed in the last 4 days of the month) is skipped. Sends once per month automatically — use the options below to send early, target only active members, or test first.
Use {name} to insert the recipient's first name, or {memberid} to insert their Member ID (if a shared email covers more than one member, both list everyone, comma/&-separated). The membership ID list, "Renew My Membership" button, and "already paid" note are still added automatically after your message and can't be edited here.
