Our Fitness & Conditioning classes take the training methods used to prepare competitive fighters and make them accessible to everyone. The result is the most effective, engaging fitness class you'll find in Strabane — and you don't need any martial arts background to join.

  • Timed rounds of bag or pad work
  • Bodyweight conditioning circuits — press-ups, squats, burpees, core work

Many members join Fitness & Conditioning as a gateway into the academy and progress into our Kickboxing classes as their confidence and ability grow. The skills are directly transferable.
